GDdom Manual

To get the whole calculations for the GD, Please do the following steps:

- The file should be saved as "CSV (Comma delimited)" or "CSV (MS-DOS)"

- The allele names should be (e.g. marker1-198, marker1-253) for the same marker

- You can check a sample file in the link below

Save sample file

- Choose your file by clicking the button "Choose file" then click "Submit".
